Our doctors provide general medical services, as well as specialist services such as child health monitoring, maternity and contraceptive services.
Cervical cancer can be prevented. Routine screening is an effective way of detecting disease at an early stage, so that it is curable.
Please request an appointment with one of the practice nurses. We advise all women between the ages of twenty five and sixty four to have regular cervical smears.
Child Health Services
Eight week baby checks should be booked with the GP followed by an appointment with the practice nurse for the immunisations to be given.
All our doctors provide contraceptive services and advice. Please request an appointment with one of the doctors should you require this service.
Antenatal appointments are carried out at the surgery please book with reception.
Postnatal checks are carried out during normal surgery. Postnatal checks are carried out six weeks after the birth of the baby. A double appointment should be requested.
All of these appointments are to be booked with the practice nurse. Please let the receptionist know when making the appointment if it is for a baby immunisation.
